I took footage of the Masses in progress this past weekend. I figured that with a church slated for closing, I would not find many people there. I was amazed how packed the Masses I filmed were! See for yourself! And this is the "slow" months when many parishioners are up north or on vacation!! I can tell you truthfully, after my investigation, this community needs St. Luke Parish on so many levels, and for so many reasons! (I didn't get footage of the Sun 8:30 Mass, however, I observed that it was also full.)
Please help take action to help save this Parish! Addresses are to the right. Watch these documentaries so that you understand how the needs of this community outweighs any money they may get for this land. One cannot put a price on souls. Do whatever the Lord puts on your heart to help. We must act ASAP, the decision will be made on August 1st! God bless you!

ReplyDeleteI am glad you appear in your film, because you, yourself are an inspiring soul whom everybody should imitate. You have done an amazing documentary , full of love and you manage to convey how many people depend on our church.
